Sous Vide At Home is a business based in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. The temperature controllers are assembled in Adelaide by us and are built to a very high standard of quality control.

We are very excited by the growing sous vide cooking community around the world and look forward to the Sous Vide At Home temperature controller opening the exciting world of sous vide cooking to many more over the years.

Warranty

The Sous Vide At Home temperature controller is warranted, when purchased for household or domestic use, for twelve months from the date of original purchase and 90 days for all other uses, against any defect arising from faulty materials or workmanship. The thermistor sensor assembly is warranted for all users for 90 days from the date of original purchase against any defect arising from faulty materials and workmanship. 

The warranty does not extend to  faults caused by abuse or misuse of the Sous Vide At Home temperature controller product or accidental damage or loss.

Freight  and insurance to and from the place of service is the responsibility of the owner and the warranty automatically becomes void if any adjustments, part replacement or repair is carried out by any person other than an authorised service representative.

The warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable in the event the product is sold or otherwise disposed of.
